Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and product availability.

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier issues, or periods of high demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MyPetPlus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MyPetPlus is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
